How long does it take to process my order?

We try our best to ship to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 3 business days to ship goods out. Once that is done, you will receive your tracking number via e-mail so you can follow your package.
Within India: We send our packages via domestic shipping companies, which usually take 3-5 business days for delivery. Free shipping across India.
International orders: We send our packages via international shipping, which usually take 5-10 business days for delivery. Shipping charges applicable for some orders.

What is your exchange or return policy?

Owing to the nature of the product, we don't accept requests for exchange or return. In case you receive a wrong or broken poduct, we offer full refund of payment.

How can I claim refund for my damaged or broken product?

Please ensure that you take an unboxing video. This will support authenticity of your claim. Send it to us with all the details within 24 hours. Once confirmed, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

Is my product defective?

As with any handcrafted product, each item is unique. Do not consider this a defect of the product, but rather, appeciate its beauty and unique quality.

Why does the colour of my product look different?

Colours could vary due to various reasons, the light it is viewed in, the settings of your monitor, etc. If you think that the colour is completely different from what you ordered, please get in touch with us. We will be happy to replace it.

How do I care for my AR'D product?

AR'D products are handcrafted with colourful dyes. Please use a non abrasive liquid or dip a cloth in water and wipe the surface of the product and it'll be as good as new.
